This was a great itinerary on a nice ship. We would love to go back to some of the ports for a longer visit.
Embarkation
4 out of 5
Pretty smooth, just a bit of confusion when groups were called to actually board the ship because they repeated group boarding numbers.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Very good food, lots of choices. Chefs bent over backwards to take care of my gluten-free needs.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
Pools and hot tubs were very standard--nothing special. The hot tubs could have been warmer.
Entertainment
2 out of 5
The Billboard piano players were excellent! We did not enjoy the stage shows as we prefer more of a large production show which they didn't have at all.
Children's Programs
We did not bring children.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
We were always greeted by staff anywhere we went. They were very friendly and helpful.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
Common areas were clean and well maintained. However we missed a promenade deck with a view and room for deck chairs. There also was a lack of "grand" open spaces that we are used to on Carnival.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Nicely furnished cabin, very comfortable. Loved the shower. Plenty of room in the bathroom. Only down side was it was hard to get into the closet when the bathroom door was open.
