Review summary

The activity director “tall guy” assaulted me on Sunday during the battle of the sexes. He physically grabbed by arm and attempted to forcefully drag me to the stage from my chair. To make it worse, he grabbed my military related injured arm, so I was very sore for the rest of our honeymoon and didn’t get to enjoy any excursions due to this. Additionally, the smoke in the casino made it impossible for my wife to gamble. She could only come in the area for a few minutes before having to leave. Extremely disappointed with our honeymoon cruise. We will always remember it, but not for the good memories as we had hoped.

We were able to experience those towel creatures in our room twice during our whole vacation. The one ship towel creation was about as poor as the ship we were on… so disappointed. The size of the room was fine, however the bed was extremely firm and uncomfortable.

Ship tip

If you’re good with smokers, you’ll be happy. Be warned that the casino is a smoke fest and the tables on the “non smoking” side are rarely used by their staff. Additionally, the cigarette smoke flowed throughout the ship.

Ports of call

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

The islanders quickly approach everyone, quickly asking you to buy something from them. “Come to my shop, I’ll make you a deal” “my family needs the money, come buy” and soooo many others. That ruined it for us

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

We absolutely loved this stop. The pools, music, bars, options for fun and food were good. The only letdown was that the water park side was an additional $140 each or something like that.

Frederiksted, St. Croix, U.S.V.I.

We enjoyed this stop. The beach was beautiful and the shells, fossils and creatures in the water were very cool. The music was nice too. We were not impressed with the locals shops, but we were expecting that. All in all a decent stop.

San Juan, Puerto Rico

About the same as Haiti. Taxi drivers and people trying to sell us stuff at every corner. We were uncomfortable and walked back to the ship.
