Review summary

Everything was great ( except the bed ), when we arrived in Amsterdam there was no one there to pick us up. We had to take a cab which took an hour and half ( the cab system was very efficient), just had a lot of people waiting. The ship did give us a credit to pay us back for no one showing up.

The whole staff from guest services, to wait staff, room stewards, cruise director, greeting staff. Gangway crew. All did an outstanding job.

Ship Quality

The ship was clean, layout was good. Our only complaint was the ship is tired and in need of an upgrade.

Cabin / Stateroom

The room was good, but the bed needs a much better mattress never got a full nights sleep.

Ship tip

Just remember that the bed is not the good one you have at home.

Sorry about the transportation issue. I assume this was at disembarkation and you had a transfer scheduled? Amsterdam has great transportation system and is easily walkable. However it can be rough once you commit to a specific form of transportation. Thanks for sharing.
