Review summary

I had written off Royal Caribbean due to a very bad experience I had on a cruise some years ago on the Allure of the Seas. My friend begged me to go with her this trip so I said I'll give it a try. I found the staff on the Allure very rude and unprofessional. But this cruise has made up for all the distaste I had for your company. Still not my fav, but this cruise has made up for the terrible experience I had years ago.....

Food and Dining

Main dining rooms was ok, but the food in the Windjammer buffet was excellent for all meals. I went to the main dining room twice for dinner and once for breakfast. The remaining meals were in the Windjammer....

I do believer that you get better service/support from staff on smaller ships. Allure has over 6000 passengers vs over 2000 on Jewel. Easier to tend to a small "herd" than a large one.
