Loved our waiter Valentine and Mohammad did great for his first cruise! Loved that they made recommendations every night as well as tips for the next port! My favorite bartenders was Rabi and Glen in the Centrum. Liked that the two chefs in charge of soups and veggies came out to talk to the dinning room!

Fully stocked all the time. Only went for lunch once and breakfast every morning. Getting drinks could be made easier. Didn't really understand if we had a server that was suppose to. I saw some getting drinks but never had anyone come to our table. So we always had to go and get our own. Juice was always watered down.

There were so many options that we had trouble making it to some of the activities. We were disappointed that many of the shows/activities we wanted to attend were at the same time as our dinning.

Our room as always clean as well as the rest of the ship. However there was a lingering odor like a bathroom smell at the head of the hallway on the way to our room, near the elevators.

Ship tip
Return your pool towels they don't tell you but they charge $25 if you put it in the return bin and don't tell them about it.
We stayed in Rome before and after the trip. If you stay near Termini in Rome you can have access to the airport, port, and metro to travel around the city at a very inexpensive rate. Wish we had known and used it on our trip to port and when we first arrived from the airport.
Another private tour booked through United Airlines Travel Agency. We took an electric bike tour. We really did get to see EVERYTHING!!! It was through Solebike and they were amazing. We had headsets to hear the guide throughout the tour. We were fed twice and given complementary bottles of water several times. They also arranged all of our transportation to and from port including taxies to return all inclusive. Wear workout clothes shorts are not recommended for ladies due to the bike seat.
Also a private tour booked through United Airlines Travel Agency. Description said wine tasting but we never did that. We did see the archeological site and were able to explore for an hour on our own or walk into town. Lots of shopping available at the small town near by. We were fed a light lunch at a local olive farm and treated to a traditional Greek Dance. The private tour of the farm was very short and not very informative as was hoping.
The tender ticket for Santorini seemed disorganized. The day we exited the ship was more organized but we did have to wait on our transportation for a bit and the ship was ahead of schedule on their time frames.
