Review summary

A very good cruise with excellent staff, my only complaint is in terms of the tip, in the end it was a surprise for almost all the people left very annoying.

excellent service, everything perfect. all the waiters were very attentive and took the time to explain about the food among other things. I want to highlight people in their staff who are very attentive and respectful and who undoubtedly deserve it: Juan (Peru), Ian and Franklin. likewise all the bartenders in the pool. 100% service

I would say that you and maybe a handful of people were annoyed be the tip. Everyone else knew about it and expected it, do your research if you have never been on a cruise, these tips are earned by the hard workers on the ship. I always prepay my tips and then give extra, because they deserve it.

That tip that was very annoying pays the hard working crew that you said were 100%...So, if you are going to expect great service, it is customary with an American line to pay a well deserved tip.
