Review summary
Not up to what I've come to expext on a cruise, our fridge didn't work, our room had no AC, no sail away party of any kind, didn't even blow the horn, pop machines didn't work once the whole trip, our room attendant was GREAT, and dinning room staff very nice, people in the shops very rude, we are booked for our next cruise on the Symphony, but think we will change to another cruise line.Embarkation
