Review summary

Excellent , very friendly staff, clean , organized ship! Food is very good, specially at Tides diner! Kids club is very good! Lived everything about this cruise! The only bad experience was at disembarkation: they didn't let my husband off the ship, because they said we didn't take care of the final bill. He went to deck 4 twice to pay everything and put it on a credit card. At disembarkation he had to go back to deck 4, to take care of it again.! I had to wait outside with a small child for approximately half an hour, when finally they let my husband off the ship! The clerks should pay more attention when somebody goes there twice to take care of the final bill!

Unfortunately the hurricanes made a very big damage on the island! No traffic lights, crazy driving habits . Had no hot water on any of our Airbnb rentals. Loved the sound of the anymals at night, roosters started at 3am already! Very nice, unique experience, loved it!

Most beautiful beaches ever! Like in paradise! Unfortunately the island is very poor, houses are in bad shape, homeless people on streets, abandoned skinny dogs running around..

Disembarkation

Very bad! Had to wait a half an hour outside with a small child, because the clerk on deck 4 messed up . My husband went to pay the final bill twice already before getting off the ship, than at disembarkation they didn't let him off the ship, had to go back to deck 4 again to take care of the bill..!!!
