Review summary

The question is do I start cruising with another company after this disaster of a cruise. This cruise reflects poorly on RCCL. I already have a cruise booked with them for 2019 - this will be my last one. They're getting to be no different than Carnival.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
Main dining room was awful. Not enough wait staff working (also in in Windjammer). RCCL has obviously cut their number of employees working on the ships. I suspect that due to the larger ships, they have switched resources to these newer ships.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Nothing special on this ship for on-board activities. It's getting old and boring doing the same stuff.

Entertainment

2 out of 5
Nothing to see on these ships.

Service and Staff

2 out of 5
Service was poor to non-existent.

Ship Quality

2 out of 5
Our bed was broken. They did a poor job on refurbishing this ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

2 out of 5
The rooms have gotten smaller.

Ship tip

RCCL needs to be do a better job at managing their company.
