Review summary
We had a good cruise been on this ship before. Loved the islands. Problem #1 the first night my luggage was confiscated . Nobody informed me about this till after 630 pm. So we missed our dinner. Wasn't really happy about this situation once i went down to retrieve my luggage , went through the scanner opened it up no problem. Just caused a lot of stress that wasn't needed. Not a great way to start the vacation off with. #2 My wife had a procedure done in the spa Very expensive. Talked with the Doc she quoted a price gave us a discount. Told me a price but of course the 18% gratuity wasn't mentioned and yes I overlooked it in the paper work. Cost me an additional $300 not really happy about it. Talk about misleading people. After i explained to the doc i really couldn't afford the initial price. Went to services to explained the misleading and the results were well your wife signed for it. #3 the excursion we went on that we booked through the cruise. Well they didn't inform us that we would be going out of a our way to pick up members from another cruise ship to fill out the boat for the excursion. Wow talk about waiting 1 hour of time to go to pick up other people.Well misleading again. #4 Food was terrible worst food i ever ate on a cruise ship . Talk about ruining a vacation after they boast about how they are the best of cruise ships last year give me a break. Well at the end of the day we will never book a trip on this cruise line again and will start looking toward another company which will provide a better service for the amount of $ we paid they simply lost our business and we will tell everyone we know how bad this deceiving cruise line is and beware of them

your policy about putting 18% on every service is terrible. lousy service shouldn't be rewarded automatically
