Review summary
Disappointed in the Jewel of the Seas. Service was not good, maintenance not good. Lacking in a lot of amenities that we are used to on Celebrity.
Also very disappointed that my OBC that promised and I had documented on my paperwork was not honored by RCL. They checked with corporate and said that did not notifiy them of OBC. Sent 2 emails to my agent, Jimmie Harris, regarding this oversight with no response. :(
