Review summary

This was my 9th cruise but first on Royal Caribbean. We had high expectations for this cruise but were disappointed.  The food choices and quality of the food were lacking. Also, the customer service was not as good as expected. The other cruises I've been on had very attentive, helpful and hard-working staff-unfortunately, that did not seem to be the case for this cruise.  I feel if more resources are invested in improving the customer service and food quality then the overall experience would be greatly improved.
