Review summary

Third time on this ship and can really tell it has seen better days. Needs work and needs more staff. Really felt like there was a staffing cutback all over the ship with service being slow in a number of areas. Also, food has gone downhill also.

Not the cruise we were expecting, especially having been on this ship before and also having been a long time RCCL supporter.

Horrible except for Eugene the guitar player and the caribbean band at the pool...who only played on the last day of the cruise. The disco/boom boom music at the pool on the other days was horrible, Also Schooner Bar piano player was awful as well

Nice to be close to the Centrum, but this is not a "large" cabin at all. Very misleading verbiage. Plus, our closet shelves were cut short so storage was a bit of a problem.

We were on this cruise as well. There were definitely problems in the kitchen which filtered down to service issues. We dealt with under cooked food. We have cruised with Royal 15 times and this is the first time we experienced this. The rest of the trip was wonderful and staff very accomodating.
