Review summary
Your company is very misleading--the price we paid was over $1000 more than was originally quoted to us. Disappointed to say the least. Could not get in touch with booking agent when I called with questions. Got the run around. Was never told to make our return flight at least 5 hours after we returned to shore and this was a major problem.

No adult only swim pools--kids everywhere and unattended by parents. Smoking in the casino so we could not go in because of allergies. Latex balloons in areas---also allergies.

I am confused by this review. This site is a cruise passenger information and social site. As such, it is not responsible for your cruise experience. You really should submit your comments to the cruise line directly. Hopefully you were able to do this in the passenger survey.
As to your points of contention...
You claim 4-6 cruise experiences so should realize that asking the cabin steward to push the beds together will address the issue of two twin beds. This is usually an issue addressed in the booking process. If your booking agent did not cover this with you, shame on them.... find someone else to work with going forward.
Cabin size is always available on cruise line websites so not sure why you did not realize the size of your stateroom before booking for three people.
Considering the price issue you experienced, it is difficult to understand the root cause of this discrepancy. As noted previously, you need to find a new booking agent or cruise specialist to work with.
We have not experienced a lot of latex balloons on cruises we have taken except for our room decoration if we celebrate a birthday or anniversary. That was unfortunate but perhaps you could have brought it to the attention of ship staff. They are usually pretty good when it comes to passenger's bonafide medical issues.
Better luck planning your next voyage.

I guess my question to you, or questions is, is this your first cruise? Did you not investigate room size, etc? If you took the time to investigate, you would note that there is generally always smoking in the casinos. The cost would have been outlined by your agent, and you can check online to monitor your payments, etc.

Just so you know, when you say "Your company", you can be assured that RCCL will most likely never read this review. How was the cruise $1000 more than what you were quoted? Did you not receive a final statement from your agent/cruise line or even BOTH? Or are you adding in the extras like specialty dining, tips or drinks? As for your flight, understand that many incidents can occure to keep the ship from arriving to the dock ontime and even delayed disembarking due to things like weather or customs issues. You should never rely on "estimated" return times back to the home port or final cruise port. Always anticipate delays and book your return flight at least 3 hours after your expected docking time. Better to sit in an airport for 3 to 5 hours than to miss the flight altogether.
