6 Night Pacific Coastal Northbound (San Diego To Vancouver)
Sail Date: May 16, 2015
Ship: Jewel of the Seas
Cabin Type: Balcony
Cabin Number: 9516
Traveled As: Couple
Reviewed: 2 years ago

The boarding process took longer than any of the 30+ cruises that I have been on. The food was a little disappointing. We ate at the Chops Grill, the sides were fine but the steak which was ordered medium well came out beyond well done and tough. Our cabin was only surface cleaned. We found dirt and dust around the TV and on the floor between the bed and balcony. Overall the cruise was fine and I would recommend it.

Appeared to be only surface cleaned.

Ship Tip

If you eat in the Chops Grill confirm with the waiter how you would like your steak cooked. They tend to over cook.
