Small ship, easy to locate places you wanted to go. Cabin location is as important as real estate location--so choose wisely for your cruise.

This was a fantastic cruise. There were alot of older people that were pretty rude and pushy but that had NOTHING to do with Princess... The ship was beautiful. I felt welcomed and at home.

The staff in the boutiques could care less whether one purchased or not, they just were not interested. I did not like the "hard sell" in the Spa when one is trying to relax. Princess is cutting down in obvious ways, from charging for icecreams, to one pat of butter per person. The staff were eager to please and exc eptionally helpful except the Boutiques. The Pursers staff need to be more cognisant of passengers needs, they have a hard time undersanding what one wants and you get this blank stare.

Very good cruise.

This cruise absolutely had the most wonderful entertainment that we have experienced on any of our cruises. The variety was great and everyone we talked to said that the entertainment was awesome. We had excellent service but weren't impressed by the layout of the vessel. We had a few sleepless nights due to the worn out mattresses.

Loved it! Would sail on it again!

AGE 80 ALWAYS CRUISED ON SMALLER SHIPS,THIS CHAGED MY THOUGHTS ABOUT CRUISIG.

Princess needs alot of training to their wait staff and cabin stewards They were mostly new or/ and some leaving after this cruise.. The food was basic, not anything special and the service in the dining room was terrible The Shows were almost not available to see. They had them in rooms where there was not enough seating and many seats where you could not see.The Locks are a must see. ..

The Island Princess was well staffed, clean, and comfortable. There were ample facilities for group activities and many common areas which were comfortable for individual pursuits as well. The cruise staff were friendly and worked hard to make all the activities fun and varied. The food: top notch, varied, and way too plentiful!

I HAVE CRUISED 10 TIMES AND I SEE THAT THE AMENDITIES ARE DWINDLING. YOU USE TO GET TO TAKE ALL EXERCISE CLASSES FOR FREE. THEY ARE NOW CHARGING FOR MANY THINGS THAT WE GOT FOR FREE. I MISSED THE COOKIES IN THE ROOM AND AFTER DINNER.

The ship was beautiful and immaculate. It was well planned as far as convenience and being able to move around easily.

The staff worked very hard to provide the best possible cruise experience. The staff was polite and extended quality service. The nightly shows were varied and of excellent quality. The buffet provided an excellent variety and quality of food. The Bordeaux restaurant also provided food variety and excellent service. We were completely satisfied with our cruise experience.

THE CREW AND THE SHIP COULDNOT HAVE BEEN BETTER, EVERY ONE WAS ALWAYS IN A GOOD MOOD

The "Island Princess" was a beautiful ship - loved the library, the sitting areas, the dining rooms, the atrium. Everything was maintained well and generally everything was clean. My husband did say one restroom he used was not clean, but that was the only negative.

The ship was wonderful. Lots of venues with music and excellent musicians. The ship never felt too big nor too small.....just right.

I recommend this cruise because of the views of glaciers, which is makes it all worthwhile. I am not sold on the cruise experience which I find artificial and non-stimulating.

The ship was nice, clean and attractively decorated but that is where it ends. Overall the cruise was just average to below average. The best part of this ship was by far the room. It had plenty of closet and living space and a slightly smaller than average shower. Negatives, The dining room staff was less than friendly and were short handed The Staff on board made us feel as if we were just a bother because it was a repostion cruise FOOD ON BOARD WAS PATHETIC at BEST!!!!! Worst food I have ever had on 7 cruises by far. The Buffet was really poor as far as layout, selection, quality and taste. During the entire cruise the temperature on the ship was extremly warm as if they never turned on the air conditioning through the public areas and the rooms also would not cool very well. Thankfully it was not warm out and we could open the balcony door for cool air. Very disorganized dismbarkation process.

The Island Princess was fantastic! This cruise was great, the ports were great the food of course was the best! Great service on the ship and overall friendly staff. No problems at all.

Thought that the Princess Line was suppose to be the upper crust of most other ship companies - wrong! I will definitely be going back to Celebrity or Royal for what they had to offer. I can at least say we tried it.

Many areas to enjoy; activities good, however entertainment below average.
