We had a wonderful time and met great people !

The itinerary was great. The ship ok

A Panama Canal cruise was on the 'bucket' list for the whole family and we enjoyed it very much! So did the in-laws! A fine range of activities for all different levels of effort and interest. The historian's talks were always entertaining and informative. This is a great-size of ship; we don't really care for the huge, mega-ships. The outdoor movie screen, visible from Lido and Sun decks, is fabulous!

Very friendly crew and very clean ship. All staff went the extra mile to help you out.

The ship is very nice, however the clientelle is too old. Not enough entertainment for the younger crowd to do no dancing.

The ship is beautiful, if a bit dated. The few things gone awry...the twin bed becomes a queen separated each night, should have been saddled with a 'queenmaker' to stop this...finding wine glasses for our room was difficult, and could have been a daily staple. We also knew much about the sea conditions, but no reminder of date, day of week, actual time on ship - just paper reminders to change the watch one way or another - the coffee is not good, which is a puzzle to me, since we were in South America and Caribbean ... and no flavored creamers, what century is this? The ports of call were exciting and lovely to visit. The zipline excursion needed tutorials, easy to do on ship...

This was a great cruise. Only negative was not enough time in Aruba and Grand Caymon

Thge ship and crew were adequate, the organization and fluidity were a little less than that

The service from all crews was just outstanding. It was more then I exspected and will go with Princess Cruses again

Excellent cruising ship

This was my 10th cruise and my first with Princess. It may not be the last on Princess, but I will consider RC and Celebrity first. The food in the buffet was at best average although there was a fairly good selection. I only remember one sushi night while aboard for 10 days. The specialty restaurants were great, and we ended up eating in them more than half of our cruise because the main seating food just did not impress. Main seating waiters messed up my order 2 of the 3 times, but it was probably just a lack of communication or understanding. I did not like the unavailability of viewing my account while on board in my stateroom. I did enjoy the ports of call, but the time in each was to short, IE; 4 hours in Aruba. What the cruise was lacking was fortunately made up by a great staff. The entertainment was average and the spa was ok. I did not like the idea that anyone can walk through the spa area while are waiting for a message.

Liked the layout of the ship. Seemed to run smoothly.

Ship / crew were great. Cabin steward was very attentive and cleaned our cabin daily. Entertainment was excellent, especially the Island Princess dancers and the different guests. Nothing to complain about at all.

best cruise i've taken

Princess Line is very good and accommodating. We had a lovely cruise with the purpose of traveling through the Panama Canal.

We've been on this ship before in Alaska. At that time it need some cleaning up and it seems that all that was taking care of.

The ship was impressive in 99.9% of areas. Well maintained, clean and luxurious. There were two small areas that I thought should be addressed: One was the seating in the Universe Lounge - it was difficult to see the stage from the upper balcony due to the fact the chairs were lower than the railings or there were obstructions in the view. The second area was the condition of the chairs on the balcony - definitely needed to be replaced. Overall, the cruise, staff, food, etc. were outstanding.
