This cruise was one of the best cruises. People were friendly and I felt very safe in every city. The only disappointment is that the countries were very much alike and getting older I have trouble remembering which was which.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
Fast and efficient although they did ask for my passport 3 times.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Most meat was tough. I complained about the red snapper being tough and the chef came out and said he would make something special the next day. He did. Great tuna.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
Little cool for the pools although one was covered. The piano in the atrium Resonated through the atrium so you could not find where the music was coming from.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
The shows were great as were the piano in the atrium.
Service and Staff

With the medallion app the Stewart knows when you’re not in the room. The room was clean every time we returned. I love that.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Smaller ships don’t have the dining choices that the larger ships do.The dining hall and the Buffet was more than enough.
Cabin / Stateroom

Balcony was good sized. Couple of warm days but not enough to enjoy the balcony for breakfast.
All these cities have about the same atmosphere. Old, clean, and friendly. I priced some houses and thought about moving here. You must have Denmark heritage to purchase here. Disappointment. I’ll just have to come back. We did take a 2.5 hour bus ride around the island. Farmland mixed with resorts.
Two days in Stockholm. Could have spent more time here. So much to see. Hoponhopoff bus or shuttle recommended although about 1 mile to walk through old town. I may try it next visit. Freetour guide talked more about South Africa where she was from that Stockholm. Tour was nice but not informative. City has lots to offer. We did hoponhopoff but to Viking museum.
This may have been the best city and free tour. The guide is a grade school history teacher. Told us a lot about the life there and of the children learning to be independent at an early age. He got a big tip.
Another beautiful city. Shuttle bus to Freetour.com pickup at senate Square. Great tour. Then lunch reindeer and salmon soup and free shuttle to the ship.
Walked off the boat to a tour window van-bus. 15€ each for a 45 minute tour. At the end we walked back to the city for a local lunch then back to the boat.
Great itinerary. Free tours are a great idea as they usually make more of an effort, we did one in Berlin 5 years ago and tipped the same amount the paid tours were charging as the tour and our guide were so good.
