This was definitely one of my favorite trips since it was on my bucket list. Definitely would recommend this trip to anyone. Just remember Princess is not for everyone. It’s for those who enjoy a slower pace and want to relax. Looking forward to the next one.

Had a balcony and had the best experience when we went through the locks of the canal.
This was one of my bucket list experiences and it didn’t disappoint. We were so close to the ship moving locomotives that I was able to fist bump the guy operating it.
We have been on the Island Princess, she is a very nice ship,they had a great Panama camel cruise for 19 days out of LA, wish they still had it, but will be going in April on her from Fort Lauderdale, for the Panama cancel to LA.
I am looking forward to a Panama Canal cruise on the Island Princess in April 2022. Hope it is a go. So far my Alaska cruise in Aug 2021 and Australian cruise in Feb 2022 are probably not going to happen. 😢
Sounds like you had as wonderful a trip on the Island Princess through the Panama Canal as we did. My only complaint was that the shower was the smallest we have ever had. Glad you enjoyed your cruise!🛳
