Review summary
This was the 2nd part of our back to back cruise to Alaska so we were on our way home. My partner got sick on 2nd day. We told front desk that the hot water in our room took 10-12 minutes to get hot. There was no follow-up. About 2-3 days later we told again. Front desk followed up and at the time it seemed there was hot water so we said we’d check and let them know if there wasn’t any. The next day we realized we were still having to wait a long time so someone came down to room. My partner left room while they were working on it. Next morning we checked and waited 15 minutes and still no hot water it was barely luke warm so again went to front desk (3rd time). Finally by the last day of our cruise we got hot water again in about 1-2 minutes. Other than that ordeal we were very happy with the cruise.Embarkation
