Was enjoyable, fun, relaxing & entertaining. Could be as busy as we wanted or as relaxed as we wanted. The only problem was our hot water taking so long to get to our room.

Thought there was too much singing of Birthday’s etc. Would be nice to have a mariachi band or similar instead, otherwise it was fantastic!

Quite good for a buffet. We ate there a few times. Was nice and bright under the atrium part. And lots of windows, staff, food and drink.

Dani was a fantastic pianist/singer/comedy guy...we loved him. Sammy our server was quite personable...we loved it when he made the Sammy’s side kick and it was delicious!
Onboard Activities

Fitness Center a little crowded. They use one of the rooms for meetings as well as fitness so that room had all the spin cycles crowded together as if they didn’t want them used.
The shows on this ship were amazing? The best I’ve seen on a cruise...This was my 2nd (Norwegian Sun was first) costumes were amazing in the productions...yes...there were productions... with singing, dancing, full sets...it was amazing talent all around!

Was beautiful. It reminded me of the Poseidon Adventure or the Titanic’s decor. Always something going on there.

Service and Staff

Roy, our steward was great...went above and beyond duty when I realized I didn’t have a lint brush and a new top I brought was shedding horribly on my black pants and the ship didn’t sell any in their store.
Some waiters were excellent (Alvin, Robert, Constantine) I might have forgotten some of their names already but Alvin for sure served us on Italian night and he was the best! Overall we had great service!
I was a bit disappointed in the Italian restaurant as they had asked my partner if we were celebrating any birthdays or anniversaries when he was reserving and he had told them we were celebrating my 65th birthday and when we arrived they asked if I was celebrating my birthday and I said yes but it wasn’t today (my mistake I guess) cause they didn’t do anything special. (They sang HB to others and HA. Actually, they could do with some better singing in the dining room on the boat, maybe add some harmonies or hire a mariachi band would be better) I could have done without all the HB’s to other tables as there were quite a few. I did notice though that they gave the celebrants a beautiful dessert. The buffet was also good and the service pretty good there too.
Ship Quality

A very clean ship and very lovely good quality decor!
Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin was right at the stern of the ship therefore we’d hear when the anchor was being maneuvered and the engine a bit when excellerating. Wouldn’t have been too bad if they’d given us a discount but the boat was full so I guess we were lucky to get a room? The size was adequate to our need and comfortable adjustable room temp. The hot water took about 10-12 minutes to arrive in the shower so we mentioned finally on the last day which was also the first day of the 2nd part of our back to back cruise. There was no follow-up.
Ship tip
Expect to spend more than you think you’ll need as there are merchandise deals on the ship that you may be interested in. If you put blinders on then you might be fine.
No excursion but visited the Arts and Cultural Centre, the fantastic museum, Devil’s Club Brewery (had a couple of good IPA’s. We did two beer flights, awesome popcorn and a delicious appt), visited the Gun Dustillery next door...awesome gin (got a bottle)
Spoke with one of the local shop owners (an interesting artist) and walked around the town (very small) had lunch at the Inn at Whittier (good Halubut & Chips, IPA, friendly service, beautiful building).
