15 Night Panama Canal Westbound (Ft. Lauderdale To Los Angeles)
Sail Date: December 20, 2016
Ship: Island Princess
Cabin Type: Oceanview
Traveled As: Couple
Reviewed: 1 year ago

The cruise was enjoyable and relaxing. The ship was very clean and well maintained. Dining and entertainment could certainly use some updating. The show quality was quite poor and there were many shows where people simply walked off within a few minutes of the show starting. Dining definitely needs to be updated with the current food trends. Some meals were quite insipid and re-purposed.

Horizon court coffee was simply awful. Perhaps Princess wanted us to purchase coffee cards - but a simple cup of coffee is not hard to do!

Amateurish and home grown. Except for one guest entertainer, the others were very poor.

Cabin was excellent. Our room steward was superb and took great care of us.

Very short day. Lots of passengers were upset to leave mid day.
