We liked Cartagena, but Nicaragua was like a wind tunnel the day we were there. It was beautiful... On the plus side, I went into a pharmacy and got Retin-A for $11.00 a tube. it's $45. in Cabo ... a smaller tube in the U.S. is $100.00. I only had enough cash for 2 tubes - whoo hoo, but a fellow passenger was lucky enough to get 8 of them. lol. She will have the nicest skin in the mid-west.
