Independence of the Seas is one of my favorite ships. The layout is perfect even when at full capacity. Thee food and entertainment are excellent as well as the staff. Only negative comment is I wish there was security in the pool areas to monitor that the established rules are followed for the safety of all passengers

overall i would do this cruise again just for a 4 day getaway to do nothing! It's great to relax and not feel like you have to run all over the ship to do everything. But then I have over 30 cruises in my past. Loved the layout of the ship. It is A great cruise for the kids, just don't book on a school vacation time. I cruised this 2 years in a row and on our first cruise it was great, the second we hit a school vacation.

Our cruise was amazing! Every staff member was so helpful and kind. We loved all of the entertainment and events that the cruise offered. We were so sad that we couldn't do them all. We will definitely be cruising again with Royal Caribbean!

This was our first cruise ever celebrating our 30th anniversary. It was everything we dreamed of and more. Can not wait to sail again with Royal Caribbean!

This was a great cruise. It had great entertainment. The staff was nice. The room were clean. Take your family and enjoy.

Greatly enjoyed the cruise. Shows and bars were good. Drink package was definitely worth it. Had fun playing pool. Nassau had cheap shopping.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience on the Independence of the Seas and are already looking forward to our next cruise vacation.

The cruise itself was wonderful. The dining room staff was amazing. The entertainment was very enjoyable. My only complaint was the process of getting on the ship, to our gathering location and what was needed to get into our rooms or even find them for that matter. Just didn't seem like there were enough staff at keys areas to give you a little direction to fill in the gaps. It seems like Royal Caribbean thinks everyone has been on a lot of cruises.

Recommend taking this cruise to family and friends. Awesome ship, crew members went out of their way to insure we felt welcome. Better treatment than going to Disney!!!

Great experience. Cocoa Cay beaches were blue and clean. The entertainment was great.

Ship is great. Staff very friendly. Public restrooms needed some attention. Dining room food has definitely been better in the past. Windjammer food was on point. Chops Grille was delicious. Lots of things to do for all ages on the ship. Definitely recommend the Independence of the Seas.

We were on the cruise to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and it was perfect in every way!

Everything was so easy…no worries for three days except which cocktail to relax with! Thank you RC - we’ve already rebooked for the spring!

The cruise was nice as just a small getaway for us to celebrate our anniversary. Very much disappointing compared to Celebrity which we usually cruise. The night that our anniversary was to be celebrated, the wait staff lost my sea pass. They did get me another pass after I told them that I would not go to service desk. Gave me a free glass of wine. But our day was never celebrated. I was our 54th so how many more will we have? I was disappointed. The next day a plate of chocolate covered strawberries showed up in our cabin as an apology. That was a nice gesture.Also, it is nothing but greed on the part of the cruise line to charge for drinks while gambling. I saw many at the table drop $400-$600 ,my self included and we still had to pay for a couple of drinks! So overall, the experience was just ok. This ship is great for families with children but not for an older couple wanting to just enjoy, music, food and entertainment.

The cruise was great, I feel like photos should be a cheaper price. Food was great, activities were good. The price of drinks were the normal price. I enjoyed myself.

Although I wasn't happy with my Coco Cay snorkeling experience and found the Nassau Atlantis excursion to be beyond expensive it was still a relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable cruise.
