We had breakfast daily at Chops as part of the Owner Suite option and ate in the Main dining room for dinner, the staff was wonderful!

Edy, our room attendant was friendly and kept the room wonderfully clean. The concierge in the suite lounge was very attentive and cold not have been more helpful ensuring we had everything we needed. All of the waitstaff we encountered was professional and made for an enjoyable experience!

There was 1 elevator that was not in operation for the duration of the trip. Everything else was clean and well maintained on the ship.

Cabin / Stateroom

THe size and comfort was superb, we are now so spoiled! We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the ocean view and the port views. There was some repairs needed to the sliding door and a bulb that was out. The balcony floor looked like it could have used some cleaning, maybe a spilled drink or bird mess was on the floor.
