Over all it was good the weather played a big factor it wasn't good

It was a great cruise and the ship was wonderful! The food and service in all of the venues was superb!

This is my second cruise with Royal Caribbean, the staff,food and overall experience can’t be beat...I am booking my next one as we speak..

Overall we had a great time on this cruise. Our biggest issue was the uncooperative weather. It was unseasonably cool and cloudy. It definitely didn't feel like a tropical vacation. However we enjoyed every other aspect of this trip. Or, great food, plentiful fruity drinks lively entertainment and beautiful surroundings.

This was a relaxing cruise, with plenty of activities and the right amount of down time. The ship never felt overcrowded except during breakfast buffet when we had difficulty finding seating. We will definitely use Royal Caribbean again!

We had a great time on the cruise because of the company and some staff.

Our trip to he Caribbean on Royal Caribbean's Independence of the Seas was so wonderful. The staff, the food, the treatment, and all of the activities were so wonderful we wish we were still there. Thank you Royal Caribbean for an amazing time!

Having the Grand Suite and the VIP passes was worth it for the two adult children and two grandchildren travelling with us. They had regular rooms but were able to hang out with us any and all the time. Excellent!!!

Ship is Nice - needs some updating. Staff is great. Quality has gone way down for RCCL for food and care.

Not worth the time, calories or money. We were disappointed .

Overall it was a great experience! It was the first time for my eldly parents to be on board for a cruise. The services were excellent. It could have been better if the ship provide more Asian cuisine (Dim Sum etc).

The cruise prior to us suffered a noro outbreak, but the crew worked extremely hard to take care of us and keep us safe and happy.

It was good. We're ready to book another cruise for spring break!

The ship needs cleaned better and when booking do not believe all they tell you at , we did not receive our on board credit and baby water for bottles had been confiscated even though preapproved. 3 out of 4 were sick when got off the ship

It was a good cruise. Wished we could request our vegetarian food earlier. And soft drinks were included in package. But overall good and fun cruise.

I want a refund. We saved thousands of dollars to take our children on an epic adventure and instead they, along with hundreds of others, were made ill. And the attempt to redirect blame to inefficient hand washing is offensive.

Hundreds of passengers were sick on the cruise including my wife. Reimbursement of some kind is appropriate. 813.654.2656 Thank you!

Very dissapointed. Even for the price. This was a Carnival experience. Food was just deplorable and awful. Service was bad. I got mocked by one waiter for ordering a complicated Caribbean drink one night. That was an added bonus to the drink package maybe? Steer clear. If you at all enjoy food on a ship you will be dissapointed and just downright upset. If you not at all care about food or quality and it’s not your thing, with exception of our roomsteward and bartender experience you’ll be ok. I’d say most of not all will be dissapointed at best mad at worst. If you are a a vegetarian vegan or have special needs for food just please stay off this ship. You will starve and eat lentils and lettuce like my wife had to. Finally, having the Reataurant Manager promise me (didn’t ask for it) a special meal for my wife and I and then neglected to come through with it, showed me the Management just doesn’t care. You’re gone and they can dissapointa whole new group in 4 days and then send them on their way. Stay Away guys. Please.

ship kind of old and needs an update. Very confusing layout for us. Food was awesome, service mediocre, except the cabin service was excellent. Embarkation and disembarkation was excellent with weal chair help.

Terrific trip! We loved all the on board activities & the service was terrific. Food was excellent & ports of call were fun. (Although we weren’t huge fans of Jamaica & the shore excursion there was a complete bust. Don’t waste your time with the dune buggy excursion!)
