Review summary
Been on several cruises to the Western Caribbean. This one wasn't a favorite for several reasons: Had to tender in quite a distance in Belize; Cozumel port is a congested mess and you must take a taxi everywhere; RC ship is dated and needs updating with an upbeat décor; King Lear dining room is downright depressing; Windjammer food (breakfast) always cold; casino should be a fun atmosphere but dealers don't even smile let alone make eye contact.
We would NEVER book with again. Our party of 7 got absolutely nothing but a booking charge from them ... plus they added unrequested trip protection to ONE of the reservations which were all made together and refused to take it off stating "well did you read your contract". YES, the first one but didn't realize we needed to read all SEVEN. Booked a snorkeling excursion through also. WHAT AN EXPENSIVE DISASTER !! Crammed everyone into an uncomfortable small boat to get there, used OLD FASHIONED ORANGE LIFE JACKETS that left strap marks on everyone, and they didn't even have flippers to fit one of the kids (size 3 shoe). Again, no satisfaction from .

Ship tip
Not good shopping (too $$); Cheap casino with unfriendly dealers; Windjammer buffet food subpar.
