Amenities: Two twin beds that convert to a Royal King two upper Pullman beds a private bathroom with shower vanity area mini-bar flat-screen TV mini-safe radio telephone and a hairdryer.

Wheelchair Accessible Staterooms: 9553 9557 and 9561. (256 sq. ft.)

Wheelchair Accessible Amenities: Two twin beds that can convert to a Royal King bed sitting area with sofa bed lowered vanity lowered closet rods lowered safe wider entry door private bathroom with wider door roll-in shower grab bars fold down shower seat hand-held shower head raised toilet and a lowered sink. Staterooms also feature a mini-bar closed-circuit TV radio amplified telephone and a hairdryer.

You booked us in a handicap room with 3 beds with 4 people. I’m very unhappy on the lack of communication you have with the ship. I probably won’t ever book with you again.
