Overall it was a great cruise. We were just unhappy with not having comfortable seating for our room service meals.

Great ship! It’s really big! They have both a Raggae and a R&B band that is not to be missed!!!! The music on this ship was awsome!!!

The cruise could have been better if we had a better stateroom attendant and hadn’t gotten sick it would have been better. We will cruise again just not on this ship. Could just just be all bad luck but like to give an honest opinion. Also we had loud kids on both sides of us ( not RC fault ) but should have picked a stateroom that didn’t have * on each side indicating family rooms surrounding us. Another lesson learned. But not all was bad like I said most of the people / crew members were amazing and we met some amazing people on the ship that we were sat with at dinner.

Overall the ship was good but there are other lines that offer more. Be careful of the tours on St Thomas. I would have much better off taking a taxi for the day then the tour we took. Driver did not talk to us while we moving to show us or tell us about the different building and points of interest. Ships food was ok but not as good as some of the other cruise lines I have been on.

Food menu and authenticity of food needs to be review or change. Rest all other services are excellent.

The cruise was amazing. Staff was top notch. The biggest issue was the ta got our money and wouldn’t return calls to answer questions, took her over 6 weeks to return multiple messages. This caused us to miss a couple of good deals that would have saved us money

Great cruise and great ship…room steward was ok and bed uncomfortable. Stay away from Megan bay…rude people run it

I was disappointed overall. You had to be too aggressive with planning ahead to take full advantage of the trip. I would have liked a little more personal attention. I think the boat was just too near capacity and that really made it less pleasant.

Despite a large number of people the ship never felt crowded. The crew members knew their jobs.

We had an awesome family vacation. We love cruising. We've been on 14 cruises but this one was a memorable one because it was the Harmony of the Sea. Loved how beautiful the ship was and the different areas to eat. Loved our CP balcony room. Can't wait to go back. Our wait staff was awesome - Marcelino & Bryan.

We love cruising RC. The RC App was great to use. First time cruising since covid and we felt very safe.

Although the ship design, activities, food, and itineraries have been planned exceptionally well, a small number of staff members appear to have no regard for the passengers. Their actions not only threaten to damage passengers' vacation experience and safely, but may also end up seriously hurting the image of Royal Caribbean Corp. I have been a loyal fan of Royal Caribbean since the year 2000 while in college, when I worked for the port agent Levante Mar who serviced Royal Caribbean in Turkey. I remember the staffs of ships such as Spendour of the Seas, and Grandeur of the Seas who were so professional. This had made me admire the company. Regretfully this standard appears to have diminished throughout the years. Although me and my family were considering booking a second cruise in October, this past vacation experience will likely result in us changing our plans. The stress we felt as a result of the actions of certain crew members and port security officers have hurt our experience. I do not believe we can look forward to repeating the same.

The highlights of RCL is the entertainment. The lowlight was the food and dining options and shops on board. I go on cruises for the port itineraries, not how much stuff you can do on a ship. I would go on RCL again, or maybe it's smaller cousin Celebrity. The buffet was always crowded. The dining room was hit or miss. The best meal was from the mexican restaurant and 150 Central park had the best rolls I have ever tasted in my life. The first couple of days lacked breakfast meat variety. It was all pork products that I didn't eat. The chicken sausage didn't come out until Day 3. I think it may have been a supply issue.

This was my 5th cruise with RC, and my fiancés first. I’m so glad we picked RC for his first experience! He is now hooked!

In comparison to other cruises we've taken, this was ok. Nothing to write home about to be honest. The ship and ship experience was really great but the excursions and stops were a disappointment.

We chose to do cruise despite the ongoing pandemic because we think it would be ideal for our children, 12 and 2. And we are not disappointed. The ship is gorgerous and everyone can find something to enjoy doing. Food and services are great. We love Cococay, it is not too large and offers so many things to do. A side note, I tested positive after returning home. Probably I got it from the cruise. It is what it is. Sometimes you can not let fear disrupt you from enjoying your life.

Amazing!!! This trip was everything we could have hoped for and more! The food was excellent and you have so many delicious options on board the ship. All the common areas were kept clean and well maintained. Staff were actively seen wiping down surfaces, hand rails, and other high touch point areas. As a photographer, I loved seeing the Underwater Photography Portraits in a Circular arrangement displayed on the stairways. The main dining rooms are all exquisite. The Windjammer Buffet welcomes you on board with a beautiful impressive spread of all you can eat fresh food, and specialty restaurants (Izumi, Chop Grille, and Wonderland) were an absolute treat. If you visit Jamaica I highly recommend the Royal Carribean excursion Accessible Ochos Rios Garden and Zoo. We had an amazing guide who sang the Banana Boat song and served us fresh Jerk Chicken. truly had the BEST deal for our cruise. It almost seemed to good to be true, we were worried it was a scam website! Thankfully we had a great experience. We were impressed by Ed who helped sign us up and we got complimentary gratuities, an onboard $$ credit, and a beautiful balcony. Pro tip! Take beautiful photos throughout your trip instead of facing the lines at formal night portraits. There are a TON of amazing opportunities! Remember to treat the staff kindly. Most importantly, have fun!!

The Key proved to be a waste of my money! I like the concept, but the flow through is not there! We finally found the dining room having the lunch for the key, table outside, got our information, they took a carryon and said go into the dining room, we did, we walked in, nobody asking or directing us anywhere, numbers on tables, so we looked for our cabin number, not knowing what to do, walking by staff members, nobody offering help, asked two workers at a table, the language barrier made it impossible, another worker walked up, pointed us further towards the front, walk that way, somebody finally asked if we needed a table! Again not happy!
