The Key proved to be a waste of my money! I like the concept, but the flow through is not there! We finally found the dining room having the lunch for the key, table outside, got our information, they took a carryon and said go into the dining room, we did, we walked in, nobody asking or directing us anywhere, numbers on tables, so we looked for our cabin number, not knowing what to do, walking by staff members, nobody offering help, asked two workers at a table, the language barrier made it impossible, another worker walked up, pointed us further towards the front, walk that way, somebody finally asked if we needed a table! Again not happy!
Embarkation

Not happy about this part especially! Drove up to take our luggage out, I get out and take the bags out, a porter walks up and takes them, no hello, just takes them and throws them on a luggage dolly, I shouldnt have tipped, but I try to be nice, I have $4, $2 for each bag, as I’m turning around he is loudly complaining that all he got was $4, he is lucky he got that! So I like to arrive on time for things I set up a time for, I get down to the entrance to the terminal after parking and the crowd is everywhere, no noticeable flow, find a worker and ask where to go, and he says the end of the line, rude, so we find somebody else, he helps more by showing the end of the ridiculous line, the time slots are out, but he says they are not following them due to the crowd, not ok as I arrived at the time I was suppose to, I also purchased the key to avoid this, but when I asked about it, he said that does no good due to the crowd, even though the Key signs are out at the front, also people were allowed to break, as in workers opened the barriers and let them pass at times, but could offer no reason as to why this was allowed, finally to the front of the line, asked to get in the key line, was again told this didn’t matter, it cost over $500, it should have matter as it was suppose to from the time I got off the elevator to start the ridiculous line with no order to it!!!

Pools way overcrowded, for some reason one of the three adult pools was always shut, until the day they did the belly flop contest, opened it then, but then closed it again, leaving only 2 open, to be overcrowded

Clean, comfortable size, Hot!!! No matter what we did it was never a comfortable sleeping temperature! Thermostat down as far as it could go, curtains shut, balcony always shut so not to let air out, it just wouldn’t cool off! I don’t sleep in 78 degree temperature!
Ship tip
Take a fan if you like to be at-least cool sleeping
Quick, we got up early, no breakfast in an attempt to beat the crowd and not have an experience like embarkation, took my own luggage to avoid this, so The Key was useless, more that $500 wasted!
