Overall a fantastic vacation. A few too many kids though.

First recommendation is to avoid mega ships - they are all about having a shopping mall taking up the majority of the non room space on the ship. Next don't expect a cruise to be as good as your last one. I expected the cruise to cost more, but thought it would be the same experience. The food is lacking and the internet and drink prices are insane. Cruises used to be the cheapest vacation out there, but no more. When the food is lacking, everything is packed, and you can't get into the shows, you can do better getting a big room somewhere and doing the food and entertainment on your own. Unless you need 21 buffet meals of lackluster food. One great meal a day is enough for me. And if you are a moderate drinker, plan on at least $60/day for 3 drinks. And $30/day for internet, which costs the cruise line zero.

Absolutely worst cruise I have been on. Even Carnival was better than this ship

I would definitely pay for the dinner plan, the dining room food was bland and the dinner was rushed (1/2 hour from bread to coffee..) Burgers at Johnny Rockets were great!!

Over all ok, But I have found while on cruise and afterwards , That the customer service isn't all that helpful and bordering useless. Biggest problem was they said I had to pay for shuttle bus back to airport, $32 for 2 people. Ended up being free for who ever jumped on it. Royal Caribbean refused to give refund and just ran me around circles and gave lots of dumb excuses. Going back to Carnival next year.

We feel Royal Caribbean gives us the best overall value for our vacation. The food & service in the main dinning room, is not to the quality & levels that it has been in the past, and that is disappointing.

This whole trip exceeded our expectations, even with the last minute itinerary change. We are already counting the days until our next cruise (522!!)

Overall the Harmony is an awesome ship and her crew was fantastic! We did specialty dining 6 nights, all were great except Jamie’s Italian and it was like Windjammer food, it was just ok! All the shows were great.

I was impressed with the staff, their attitude, the cleanliness of the ship and the food in the Wind Jammer was outstanding. Kudos to a job well done. I have cruised a lot, and I will book another cruise on the Harmony of the seas

I love the Oasis class! So much to do for the kids at every age level. Mine are older, so lots of zip lining, mini golf, ice skating, rock climbing, flow rider, and the water and dry slides. Oh, and pizza 😂 The shows were great, especially the Aqua Theater. The Main Dining Room was crowded, one of the reasons I love booking a suite and getting access to the Coastal Kitchen. Also, the food in the Coastal Kitchen is better. We splurged on Wonderland this year for my sons birthday, and they did not disappoint! Food presentation is just as important as the food itself, it was amazing! Such a show between the food and the Mad Hatter! And they definitely paid special attention to my son for his birthday. Wonderland has been my favorite specialty restaurant so far.

We would do Harmony Of The Seas again in a heartbeat! We loved it! We are Royal Loyal, so we'll be looking again soon to get back out on the ocean!

We have cruised many times on Royal Caribbean and other cruise lines and have never been disappointed. This was the first time we feel we were treated poorly by a cruise company. They actually lied to us. Guest services helped us speak to a manager and we were told we would get a full refund for our beach excursion to St John. We did not want to spend $205 to sit on the beach in the pouring rain. When we got home and the refund never appeared on my credit card I called Royal, spoke to a manager after an extremely long wait, I was told we were only receiving a 50% on board credit. We were lied to and that is unacceptable!

This cruise vacation was everything and more. The Harmony of the Seas was such a great selection thanks to our Travel Advisor's planning services. The ship and its expansive amenities and things to do. Everything was set up and our travel advisor helped us a ton when we even had some last minute changes. What a perfect family vacation. Cannot wait for the next one.

By day seven it felt like we'd been on the ship for a month, AND for almost no time at all. It's not a bad thing.

FOOD THIS TIME WAS OUTSTANDING IN THE MAIN DINNING ROOM. KNOW THE MENU WELL AND HAVING HAD MANY TIMES BEFORE THIS TIME IT WAS FANTASTIC.

Overall, this was an amazing cruise. Everyone of the staff members were super nice and had a smile on their faces, always willing to help. I will definitely go on The Harmony of the Seas again and will recommend. The only issue as mentioned previously, was that when we got on the ship we went straight to check-in at our muster location. However, later in the day, we received a letter in our rooms stating that we didn't check-in when in actuality we did. So, I had to go and make sure that they had us recorded as being checked in. But other than that, everything else was GREAT and very well organized.

It was not the best cruise i've ever experienced. I was quite disappointed considering Royal Caribbean has previously set the standard pretty high. Unfortunately, it was equivalent to being on a Carnival cruise and now I'm exploring other cruise lines.
