Review summary

It was not the best cruise i've ever experienced. I was quite disappointed considering Royal Caribbean has previously set the standard pretty high. Unfortunately, it was equivalent to being on a Carnival cruise and now I'm exploring other cruise lines.

The workers collecting the luggage were rude and extremely aggressive. Never experienced this confusion.

Apparently, this was changed at some point and I was not alerted. We went to St. Kitts instead.

Terrible experience. We purchased the transfer through you all and never received any communications prior to shipping nor did we receive anything before debarkation. They didn't even have us listed in the app as transfers, therefore, we received no communication of instruction.

We had that same thing happen to us on debarkation last year in Ft Lauderdale. Will never book transfers through RC again.
