Overall, this was an amazing cruise. Everyone of the staff members were super nice and had a smile on their faces, always willing to help. I will definitely go on The Harmony of the Seas again and will recommend.
The only issue as mentioned previously, was that when we got on the ship we went straight to check-in at our muster location. However, later in the day, we received a letter in our rooms stating that we didn't check-in when in actuality we did. So, I had to go and make sure that they had us recorded as being checked in. But other than that, everything else was GREAT and very well organized.
Embarkation

The embarkation experience was smooth and fast. The lines moved very quickly and it was well organized. The only issue that we had is that when we got on the ship we went straight to our muster to check in. However, we received a letter in our cabin later that evening stating that we didn't check-in at our muster when we did right when we got on the ship. So I had to go back down to the designated location to let them know once again our cabin numbers and make sure that our checkin was accounted for.

Food and Dining

The food overall was good. I wish that there were oxtails offered as an option for Caribbean night. But all in all the food was good. We dined mainly in the Main Dining Room and the Windjammer buffet. We did dine at Chops specialty restaurant one day for lunch, and it was very good.
The drinks were amazing. We had the Deluxe Drinking Package and took full advantage of it. I now have some new favorite cocktails that I didn't have known about before the cruise.
Onboard Activities

There are plenty of activities on the ship. I enjoyed watching the sporting competitions. I didn't get in the pools unfortunately as they were full consistently. I do wish I would have gotten in the jacuzzi in the Solarium.
Entertainment

The shows, dj's and performers were awesome. They were very well executed and they put a lot of work, time and effort into perfecting their craft. My favorite entertainment was the Quest game, The Fine Line water show, the Comedy shows and loved the DJ at CoCo Cay, he was JAMMING!!

Service and Staff

All of the waiters, our stateroom attendant, and staff were amazing. I have to give props to Rita, Max and Muj, who were our phenomenal waters/waitress at the main dining room and made our experience exceptional with their service. Also, our stateroom attendant, Jermaine, always had a smile on his face and made sure that we had what we needed.
Additionally, there were a couple of bartenders that were AMAZING! I can't remember all of them, but Joel at the Bolero bar was one of The Best and introduced me to my now favorite cocktail! Also, all of the bartenders in the moving bar that went up and down, were also AMAZING and always welcomed me with a smile and had the best service.
Ship Quality

All in All the ship layout and design were great and all areas seemed to be clean and well maintained. I'm glad that before entering the Windjammer buffet, that all guests have to wash their hands.
Cabin / Stateroom

The overall cleanliness, comfort and size of the cabin was good. It had enough space for 2 guests with double beds.
Ship tip
Take advantage of all this ship has to offer. There's so much to do and see and we had a blast. I recommend getting the Deluxe Drink Package also, so you won't have to worry about cost of drinks. It covers every type of drink not just alcohol...from smoothies to soda to bottled water, to fresh squeezed fruit juice and everything in between including alcoholic beverages too.
This was one of my favorite ports. I really enjoyed the big entertainment pool and the DJ was AWESOME!! HE WAS JAMMING and kept us dancing and having a good time. Also, I loved that the deluxe drinking package can be used on the island. The bartenders were good too.
We went to St. Kitts and Nevis. We took a tour of the island. This was my second time going to St. Kitts and Nevis and I got to see more of the islands beauty and eat some of the local food, which was awesome!
