Review summary
Over all ok, But I have found while on cruise and afterwards , That the customer service isn't all that helpful and bordering useless. Biggest problem was they said I had to pay for shuttle bus back to airport, $32 for 2 people. Ended up being free for who ever jumped on it. Royal Caribbean refused to give refund and just ran me around circles and gave lots of dumb excuses. Going back to Carnival next year.Embarkation
