Overall even including drama, everyone was super nice and easy to get along with, only problem was that we didn’t get to go into some parts of the ship I think that was because it was held for a private party on the ship for that week

As I said on above terrible start, firstly it’s our first cruise and we booked everything direct with royal this included flights, transfers and hotels. They left us in Orlando airport on our own no one was there to meet us, we had to get a taxi to the hotel which turned out to be a wrong hotel and they had us booked into another hotel. But once on board Dinish at guest relations (Portuguese guy) he helped us out so much, so did ana his manager and as I’ve said Erik in wonderland was outstanding
