We were celebrating our Golden Anniversary on board. Family decorated our stateroom—and staff caught on. Lots of fun. This was the perfect cruise with the perfect size ship. No one got lost. Highly recommended.

The staff was excellent. This cruise ship caters more to the older crowd as they comprise about 75% of the passengers. If you have a young child that is 3 they can attend adventure ocean, which is free, only if they are 100% potty trained. This means they need no help whatsoever in the bathroom. Not sure what 3 year old needs no help at all. Children needing help have to go to the nursery and the toys are more for babies on the side. This really upset my three year old as the toys on the adventure ocean side were more for her age. Also, no diapers or pull-ups are allowed in the pools. I found it very challenging to keep my toddler occupied. The food was delicious. Many of the items in the main dining room are also on the buffet. The buffet was overcrowded every time I went there. Reminds me of a feeding trough. A lot of lounges on board which is great for relaxing but limited in activity for families and the younger crowd. When you purchase the refreshment or deluxe drink package it says it comes with Evian water but you get true water instead.

Great, great. I'm not good at writting. Overall we had a great time..Relaxing. Bermuda was absolutely beautiful. The only thing I did not care for was the wind while cruising. It was bad.

Cruising on the Grandeur for me is the perfect 'get away'. It has everything that I need. Since I am retired and it is so reasonably priced, I can do it three times a year. This year I'll be back in August and December. Love the Grandeur.

Our TA definitely put on us the right ship, in the right cabin at the right time of year to meet our wants for our first cruise. I can understand why people keep coming back to the Grandeur. The staff is fantastic, the ship is large enough to not be crowded and the activities are geared towards an older crowd. We got what we wanted....A relaxing and enjoyable first cruise experience. If you've got teenagers and/or want excitement and adventure, I would not recommend this ship.

Our 7th time cruising on the Grandeur of the Seas and still greatly enjoy it. Took our 6 1/2 month old son on his first cruise (5.2 - 5.11) and we loved it. The crew and staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at late dinner. The nursery onboard was clean and open with plenty of toys for our son and other young children to play with everyday. Can’t wait to go back onboard in Oct 2019 for his 1st birthday.

Relaxing cruise and would definitely go again (without the kids).

Cruised with a group of 12 for a friends birthday. Went to Chops Grille for dinner and it was great. All of the staff made her feel special.

Everyone - Bermuda and Charleston, SC are both a "must see"!

The cruise overall was great. I loved that my daughter could check herself in and out of the kids adventure program and the tribute to Whitney Houston was AMAZING!!

The ship was great but what really made it special was the crew.. Wow customer service at its best. They are hard workers but always have a smile for you and they always happy to see you.. it was an amazing experience Grandeur of the Seas was amazing captain Thor did his thing as well Special shout out to Rajesh and Rahab from Great Gatsby dinning room amazing wait staff team.

This cruise was the best choice for our honeymoon. The staff was excellent and the food and drinks were amazing😉

Granduer of the Seas is great cruise ship for beginners and experienced cruisers. I believe Royal Caribbean could modify their pricing for this vessel and several older/smaller ships. I have already begun to plan to sail on Granduer again. There is unique quality that this ship has above many others in the industry. The staff, destinations, entertainment, food and activities make this one special ship. Granduer of the Seas does visit some of the better destinations over other comparable Caribbean cruises. Plan accordingly and you will end up with memories of a lifetime.

Was really too long for me to be away from home-I'm still working. 8 days is about the amount of time that I can feel comfortable being away.

I’ll never take another 12 night cruise on the Grandparents of the Seas. It was depressing. The Positive Vibration Band rarely played reggae/Caribbean music and when it was time to play, they started late and finished on time. Being on that pool deck with the saddle bags and leathery skin force me to increase my drinking. John Blair, think of some new material, same stuff from 2016.

nice relaxing cruise....older clientele....not a huge variety of things to do on ship....ship needs updating but is still good...only complaint is lack of variety and temperature of food in windjammer

My husband and I celebrated 40 years while on this cruise. We renewed our vows at sea and the 12 nights was very relaxing. We had a wonderful time and met nice people. We traveled with a group of 86 other folks and our group leader Kathy Craine was awesome. Nice ship and great crew. Not a bad port to sail out of in Baltimore.
