Overall it was great! We asked for another room that was accessible and not a one. We asked for another room because of the flushing issue and no room. Other than that it was great! We already booked ICON! AND going on to book in 2023!

The head waiter Gabriel was EXCELLENT I have been on over 100 cruises and never had any interaction with the head waiter .. this guy went above and beyond.. as well as Christian and Anjoy

The cruise experience was grear, the staff amazing, the ports were a short stay but very good

I cannot wait to go again. I took my husband for his birthday. He absolutely enjoyed himself. He befriended Marcee the, lead bartender, and we met new friends. I am excited to bring friends and family back with us on our next trip.

I hate to give the one star for Service and Staff, because everyone else, aside from that ONE person, was AWESOME and very friendly!!.....

Did a five day cruise to Cozumel and Costa Maya. Had a great time and Royal Caribbean provided a great experience with great service. Looking forward to cruising again in April of May.

First time cruising again after many, many years. I was hesitant but it has made me want to cruise more. Galveston is an easy port also for us Texans.

We had a great time in the ship as well as cozumel and Costa Maya overall it was perfect.

Your service staff made our trip fantastic. My son, who has special needs, was in food heaven. He is a very picky eater, and our waiters made every meal spectacular for him and the rest of my friends and family. Also, kudos to our room steward. He made our room look spectacular for my daughter's birthday. She was so happy. He was one of the best room stewards I have ever encountered!!!

This cruise is a great trip for people who haven't cruised previously. It gives you a taste of what you can expect on a cruise and how the process works.

This was an wonderful cruising experience. The service and staff were top notch and the food was a total highlight of the trip. Cozumel is a fantastic destination and I would recommend this sailing to anyone.

I wish the ship was newer. My room felt drab, and a bit dirty.

I enjoyed the cruise overall even when it was during hurricane season and it was a little bit of a rough ride. The staff overall was what made the trip a success. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and having a good time.

We would do this trip again the future. It was so enjoyable that we look forward to do it again.

Overall, it was a very nice experience... On a personal note, I surprised my BFF by going to this cruise along with her husband. Met at the port... I recommend for first time cruisers, this one is a good one to start of with.
