Review summary

I enjoyed the cruise overall even when it was during hurricane season and it was a little bit of a rough ride. The staff overall was what made the trip a success. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and having a good time.

I loved the music beside the pool, the shows were wonderful, the musicians in the center of the ship were fun to stop and enjoy!

All of the staff were outstanding.

It amazed me how clean everything was. Because of the waves many people were sick. The staff were able to stay on top of all areas and keep it clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was very well designed. We had plenty of storage for all our items. The beds were comfortable. Best of all was the room porter. He kept the room in top shape at all times.

We did the jeep excursion. It was a great overall excursion which gave us a little of everything offered.

We sailed on the Grandeur in September. We were equally impressed with the crew. One of the best in 18 cruises.
