The ship was to my decor liking. I was disipointed in not having a real cigar lounge.

It was very clean and well organized.

Everything was excellent from the rooms to themeals and all those ship staff who took responsibility to them. staff was the most congenial i have seen.

Granderiur of the Seas was well maintained and clean

We were very pleased with the ship, we like sailing with 2000 people in a smaller ship like the Grandeur of the Seas. You get to know a lot of people.

The Grandeur of the Seas was a beautiful ship that made you say, "WOW"

This was our 1st cruis we liked it we have nothing to compare to

Once we accepted the fact that the Grandeur was not the Mariner, we thoroughly loved the ship. That is the problem with sailing on a larger ship first and not a reflection of the Grandeur itself. Excellent seamanship. We tied up in a space that seemed smaller than the ship itself. That gave confidence in the Captain and his crew. The Captain kept of informed of where we were and ETAs. The best testimony that we can give is that we have already opened a NextCruise account. We have never been disappointed with Royal Caribbean whereas we did hear compliants from customers on other cruise lines while on the PTB ferry.

The crew did everything they could to make our cruise a wonderful experience. Grandeur of the Seas was truly great!

Nice clean ship. Food was good and service was very good. Workout room was small but well equipped. Climbing wall was cool. A nice variety of good entertainment, including comics, vocalists, dancers, musicians, and even a gymnast. Drinks were a little pricey. I wish the jogging track wasn't on the top deck, but on a lower deck, as it was too windy for good running or walking most days. I was surprised that some of the exercise classes were an extra fee. That wasn't the case on NCL.

Could have been cleaner. Easy to find where you wanted to go. All the events started on time. Small outdoor pool...only one. Even though against rules, Staff allowed pool side chairs to be saved in multiples. So you need to get to pool area by 730 am, or they are all saved. Ice Tea, lemonade and water were free, so no need in an expensive soda pass unless you drink ALOT of it. (56.00 per person) Bathrooms very clean.

it was a dream come true. i love everything about this cruise. service was excellent and people on board made me feel like we all were family.

We chose a 5 day cruise to celebrate a high-school graduation, and loved the beaches of Bermuda. We had a great time on our day at sea, and then a day on the pink beaches, followed by an excursion on a catamaran with snorkelling. Travelling home at sea we hit some rough weather and bundled in blankets and stayed on deck reading to avoid seasickness, which seemed to work. We were able to do quite a bit in a short period of time. The shows were entertaining for all ages, and this cruise seemed to have quite a mix of ages onboard. Everyone was so friendly- other passengers and especially crew. We were so relaxed by the end of this vacation! Spa services were worth the extra- great pampering! We booked facials and pedicures as soon as we arrived and received a substantial discount for having them the first day. The Windjammer buffet was our choice for breakfast and lunch. Even though the ship was full of passengers, we didn't have to wait in line. We also liked the vast selection of fruits and vegetables, food was top-notch and gourmet quality. I would definitely recommend this cruise.

Very elegant overall but needs paintwork and replacement of carpets in various areas. I especially enjoyed the excellent fitness center and spa facilities. Great food and the chefs were able to take 'custom' orders on a day's notice. Wait service and amenities were outstanding; a very positive experience, no problem in recommending the ship to first time cruisers.

The ship was very nice. The staff was very heplful on the ship. The dining room and service was outstanding.The cabin staff was also outstanding. We started on a rocky beginning because help at the airport was not there but once on the ship everything was good.

we always enjoy R.C. cruise lines.we are not so hard to please.we go to have a good time.so we do.the food was of good varity.we had the same on the buffet as the main dining most of the time plus more of it.

the ship is old and need to be up dated

Entertainment was great and varied. Always things to do if you wanted to or you could just realx. Great exercise room and nutrient education.

From the moment I stepped aboard this ship it was magical. I have never been so comfortable away from home as I felt on this cruise.
