i loved everything about the cruise ship. it was always nice and clean.

The ship was smaller than I thought it would be. The shopping mall and businesses onboard were small. The shows were not that good. The food was tasteless. Higher quality food cost extra. (Fresh orange juice $3.95)

This is the best vacation my sister and I have ever taken!!! Alcohol is very expensive though. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. We are already planning the next cruise for next year!! I would recommend this to anyone and its a great way to meet other people!!!

SHIP WAS VERY CLEAN - BUT NASTY SMELLING, IF YOU ARE A SMOKER YOU WOULD ENJOY SPENDING 5 DAYS IN AN ASHTRAY. SHORE TRIPS NOT WHAT ADVERTISED - WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY - BIGGER WASTE IS COUPON BOOK FOR $25.00 - NOT UNLESS YOU WILL BE SPENDING ALL YOUR TIME IN THE SHOPS, THEN YOU MIGHT GET YOUR MONEY'S WORTH.

the ship was really great. i know its not the newest of the ships but i couldn't get over how clean it was and kept in such good condition. the staff was great. very friendly and always helpful. i would recommend this ship to everyone and would love to go back on it again.my husband has to use a scooter toget around and the staff helped him any time he needed assistance.

We loved it.

This was a fun short cruise. Many options were available for entertainment. The service and quality of food was above average in the dining venues. Major complaint is that the ship is old and a bit shabby, staterooms really need some updating.

The overall impression of the ship was very positive. We enjoyed the amenities, such as the shows, the food, the service.

We recently sailed on the Grandeur of the seas with the whole family. We were nervous about taking our boys (ages 8, 13 and 15)not knowing if they would be "bored" or not. Well, we couldn't have been more wrong, they couldn't wait to get to the children's and teen club every evening. They made new friends and had a wonderful time, the staff was attentive, outgoing and made the boys feel welcome. The best part was that my husband and I had plenty of couples time in the evening. We enjoyed the many great shows RC has to offer as well as getting to relax with some great music.

Overall a wonderful cruise.

this ship is nice but can do better in food, non alcohol beverage charges.

The ship was immmaculate...all staff sooofriendly and helpful...food was good, the ability to eat anytime we wanted was great. The cabin attendants were wonderful

The cruise was great. The only thing I did not like was the fact that we bought flowers and there was nothing to tell use that they couldn't be taken home. The girls were very disappointed. The comedian was not very good. Other than that we enjoyed the games, food and entertainment.

I am a person that cruises the Carnival ships. I tried this cruise line because my husband went on and on about how wonderful it was when he cruised two years ago with his mother. He said the food was wonderful, the atmosphere was wonderful, his room accomodations were wonderful! Everything was simply wonderful!! I did not witness any of the above being true!

The ship is in great shape and the staff is the best.

Well, this was our 2nd time on the ship. We went back in March. This time seem better for me because even in the Carribbean in March it was alittle cold for me. This trip was never cold. Loved it. The crew was different. Our wait staff was the best. They called us by name each night. Our room attendant called us by name each time he saw us. Everyone was friendly. Clean ship. Great trip again!

To me its very important to follow safety procedures. The Grandeur of the Seas staff did just that. The ship was full but not once did I find an untidy bathroom or area. The food selections were great and nutrious in both restaurants (main dining and Windjammer cafe) Our stateroom - large ocean view was perfect for our family. Lastly, my children ages 10 and 12 enjoyed the Adventure Ocean Night activities, they truly loved it.

While the ship was one of the older ones, it was in amazing condition. The food was fantastic, and the dining room staff were the best i have encountered on my 7 cruises, no contest!!! Casino staff was also superb, from the management to the cashiers. We saw two of the shows and they were phenomenal, much much better than i expected. The juggler (Mike Price) was absolutely incredible. I would pay to see him again. I'm ready to book another!
