Absolutely the best service I could expect. Everything was explained and there were no unexpected surprises. Would highly recommend to anyone even remotely considering booking with this company.

You must pay for food and drinks when th ship closes. Yep , the entire ship close down and if you are seen out of your room afterwards you will be drilled with your whereabouts and why!

A lot of people told us this is not the ship to try Royal and we agree. However, service, food and drink collection are key indicators.

Go! As fast as you can! Book the cruise already!!!

Five nights was a good length for a quick getaway. The weekday sailing while schools are not on any kind of break, kept the number of children moderate. You take a chance on the weather being windy. The ship is so comfortable and manageable. If you like to relax and be on the ocean and eat well, you'll enjoy it. Musicians were superb. If chipped paint here and there bothers you, choose another ship.

Good cruise for the short time. The local dancers on the island grabbed me and asked for personal tip. I felt intimidated

It is great to be able to relax and not worry about anything. The food and service were great. The other cruisers were friendly. It was quite relaxing.

If it were not for Labadee I would have asked for my money back. The live bands and dancers were friendly, entertaining, and gave a real Haitian vibe. I loved the floating bar, the swings, etc.. I was at the kids splash Parc enjoying myself like a child. Labadee was so fun!

I like the cruise I had never to been to 'Haiti'. Key West is always a fun place to visit. The private island in Haiti is nothing more than an overpriced resort with private cabanas costing up to $600/pp for the day. They did have some local vendors selling souvenirs and such, but they were too pushy for me so we left that area. They had a barbecue lunch for guests, but I didn't eat there as there were flies all over the food. Don't expect to see 'Haiti' (its a private land for RC), but the beaches are nice and it was a great spot to relax for the day.

Cruise line was good. I previously cruised with Carnival and was disappointed there were no shows. You can only do so many trivia nights and Karaoke. I did enjoy the Military appreciation on Thursday. Thank you

It was an amazing experience that I had with my wife. We had great service throughout and throughly enjoyed our vacation.

will still cruise Royal just got caught up with a bad ship tha we did not check out before hand do to limited choices before we could go.

Our time on the ship was amazing. We had such a great team helping us to our main dining all the way to our cabin keeper. We highly recommend to go if you want a relaxing time

Horrible cruise on board with water coming out of the drain late night the first 2 days and food poisoning for 3 days while on board. Thanks to the Diamond concierge checking on us 5 times that day making sure we were still alive..

Overall it was great! We asked for another room that was accessible and not a one. We asked for another room because of the flushing issue and no room. Other than that it was great! We already booked ICON! AND going on to book in 2023!

The head waiter Gabriel was EXCELLENT I have been on over 100 cruises and never had any interaction with the head waiter .. this guy went above and beyond.. as well as Christian and Anjoy

The cruise experience was grear, the staff amazing, the ports were a short stay but very good

I cannot wait to go again. I took my husband for his birthday. He absolutely enjoyed himself. He befriended Marcee the, lead bartender, and we met new friends. I am excited to bring friends and family back with us on our next trip.
