Our previous RC cruise experience was very good, prompting us to use them again. This cruise, however, was very disappointing.

Food in dining room was sub-par (it seems they want to push you to the pay for dinner restaurant options), the Ranch dressing at the buffet seemed to be watered down a little bit more each day as if they were trying to make it last for the entire cruise. We waited for our meals for over 30 minutes on several occasions.
Onboard Activities

Pretty good considering the small size of the ship.

Only 2 of the 9 nights onboard featured musical/dancing shows and we were treated to not so funny comics.

Did not travel with children.

The ship seemed under-staffed. At breakfast one morning, a server approached our table and asked if we needed anything. When we asked for coffee, he pointed to the coffee station. I drank lemonade every night for dinner but had to constantly as for re-fills. Our steward showed little interest in resolving issues with toilets not flushing.

Problems with toilets that wouldn’t flush for hours. We were not able to store our suitcases under the beds. We asked for a table to be removed to create a little more space but were refused.
Ee had to wait over 90 minutes for wheelchair assistance for one member of our party. Their excuse was they did not have enough staff to push the wheelchairs. Unbelievable poor planning.
We sail RC all the time with little or no problems except on Grandeur of Seas with deck 3 toilet problems, you would think they would have the problem solved by now.
