Only good service was at Casino - that is when they were open! They docked 3 hours earlier and kicked us out of the casino, so we lost time there! And WHEN the casino was open, they were pretty good 👍

Ship Quality

This old girl needs to go to the scrap yard! Leaks everywhere on the ship , bathrooms flooded all over the ship , horrible time for the entire journey!

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was ok , steward was good , too many leaks on our flier! Outside our rink was flooded several times with buckets of water on both sides of hallways and the smell kept coming through the vent on the entry door!

I’ve been to all those places in Alaska, can’t understand why you rate them so low, maybe cruising isn’t for you.

Try one of the Royal class Princess ships, they are EXCELLENT!

We were on the grand princess also from the 8 April till 13 may for me it was lovely food very good the rest ok

I find Carnival the same as Princess with the issues you stated. I find Princess better than Carnival for other reasons. At least post COVID. If you are comparing the ship based on the Mardis Gras, you may be severely disappointed on other Carnival ships.

Excellent food, outstanding room service, but Medallion APP sucked. poor logistics on final destination. The Motown Soul Music has no Soul. I didn't see Detroit but Las Vegas instead. dancers on stage with loud music but without soul
