Review summary

Photos- we had to go back several times each time we were given a new time to return. We had an all inclusive packager and then not told the Glacier Bay pictures were extra, should have been posted or told that it was extra. They need help with customer services and organization. I understand short staff but as a paying customer I do not want to hear that. The Drink Package, has changed better for the company worst for the customer. Over all we still like Princes Cruises and had a great time and will only have good thing to say about Princes and the staff.

Drinkpackage is only worthwhile if you spend at least $67 each day on drinks...including embarkation day and all ports —— Was surprised about the glacier bay photos ... ours was included on last years May cruise... but they did change the policy of who could be in your picture then ... so they might have made additional changes...will inquire with folks at Princess —— They are short staffed and swamped at times...so when I have a potential concern I hold off until things calm...or leave a note requesting a call from the photo manager... most of my concerns have been addressed that way...no sense in having any part of your cruise spoiled
