On several occasions we were ignored in the dining area by the wait staff. They asked other diners what they wanted to drink, but said nothing to us.

don't buy the internet package, don't eat at the Horizon Court because you will not be waited on , and the food is the same.

First of all, I mentioned the Horizon Court because that was were we dined when we were ignored, second, this was not our first cruise to the Mexican Riviera on the Princess, the first time that we went it was much better. Third, the entertainment was better on the first cruise, fourth, we did eat elsewhere on board ship, therefore, stop with the assumptions

Life on-board a ship is really very easy. Don't do anything, eat at the same place all the time and don't tip all equals a bad trip. If you don't want to be around people get a cabin with a balcony, that way you can set outside and decompress and enjoy the sea. You should have stayed at home and just saved a lot of money.

Of all the dining possibilities, you only went to the buffet? Okay, 1st of all, the staff there does little more than clear tables and fetch drinks...so flag someone down and ask for a drink! And for goodness sakes, do something! Otherwise, why cruise?
