Review summary

I've gone on at least 35-40 cruises, different cruise lines but this was my 1st on Princess and I don't know that I would ever go on another Princess cruise with the way we were treated.

We ate in the dining room 7 nights and out of those 7 nights we had to return our food because it was under cooked. This included chicken,steak and pasta.

If I could give it a zero I would. We were on a 10 day cruise and only once did a server come by and ask if we wanted a drink, this was around the pool during shows. They asked at dinner every night but nowhere else. They are missing out on a lot of money and this was a common complaint from fellow passengers. The crew was very argumentative, instead of let me see what I can do, it was NO. I'm talking about asking for a glass of half tea and lemonade mixed......We didn't gave air conditioning for 7 days, the 1st day they said it was because they were repositioning and then it was a different excuse every time we wen't to customer service. I could continue but these were the worst.

NO air conditioning for 7 days in our room and they said they had no fans to give us and each day it was a different excuse as to why the air wasn't working. On the 8th they found a fan for us. The whole 12 floor was hot, people would leave their doors open to try and get some air and it wasn't just our cabin.
