I was on the fence about going on this cruise. It far exceeded my expectations! Perfect family vacation. Something for everyone onboard, children and adults. The evening entertainment was first class. Matt was excellent!!!! Service was outstanding and the food was incredible!

I think the staff on the Grand was outstanding when I sailed. And I don't think that about every ship I've been on. There was a noticeable difference with the Grand staff vs. other ships I've been on.
