Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
Specialty restaurants were great. Very attentive. Buffet was terrible. Food was warm to cold. It appeared that they have not cleaned the floor in the buffet dining area.

Children's Programs

Did not have children with me.

Service and Staff

2 out of 5
Waiters in traditional dining was awesome. This should be 5 stars in a category alone. Servants in buffet for drinks was terrible. Had to get my own beverage. Room steward was terrible. She appeared to have no interest in communicating with us.

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
This ship is in dire need of repairs. Rust was apparent. It was learned that this ship is on its way to Australia to be sold. Not certain about this.

yes this ship is old but remember if you needed anything best to ask a crew members and it should be sorted out. hopefully it gets better when she arrives in Australia soon.

Sorry you didn’t enjoy it. Alaska is primarily about the scenery and excursions and the ship is just a place to eat, sleep and for transportation.

Yes the ship has been sold to P&O. Will be the last season in 2020.
