Sprinkles ice cream on deck 11 was great. Dine on level 3 for breakfast; food is better and you can order off the menu.

Get a balcony room. Loved sitting out on the balcony sipping my coffee as we pulled into port, and falling asleep at night watching lightning storms.

Always check the Ship's compass (newsletter) daily. It's the best way to not miss any of the fun activities.

Great idea to book a room in the forward of the ship since the food places are located in the aft, causing you to walk off all the food!

Freedom sails out of San Juan which is clean and has staff that work hard but this cruise port is not very modern. For any ports like this we always pay a baggage handler to assist us through customs. The baggage handlers have shorter customs lines and the convenience is certainly worth as much as a couple of drinks on the cruise.

They treated us wonderfully. Elvis and Dede did an excellent job despite the emergencies, change of port and organize our stay and plane trip to PR super organized. Thanks again for such good management.

Definitely splurge for the Cabana experience at the Cococay Beach Club. One of my family's favorite experiences on this vacation!

Even though on vacation still be kind to those around you whether on the ship or on the island -follow their request for mask use (whether vaccinated or not)
