Every person that works on the ship was super nice! We had our whole family with us, so ranged from 40's to 19 month-old. The crew loved the baby!

The ship itself is in wonderful repair and very clean and well maintained.

Ship is wonderful. Lots of activities. We loved the ice skating, rock wall, pools, 3d movies, not to mention more food than you can possibly eat. The entertainment staff was by far the best we have ever experienced. Graham was so funny. We loved his morning show.

Been on many ships including this one 3 timed. Best service ever.

We were on the Freedom of the Seas...the ship is beautifiul, staff couldn't be more helpful. The ship is kept clean and you don't even realize the crew is working. I've been on 9 cruises now. I have taken other cruise lines such as Princess when we went to Alaska...But the Carnival cruise I took you couldn't give me a FREE Carnival cruise I WOULDN'T take it.... No class says it all. Royal Caribbean is all about making you "SPECIAL" no matter how many thousands of other people are on board with you!!! Great experience every time I sail with Royal Caribbean.

What a ship.... Excellent staff, perfectly maintained, a real join to spend time on.

very nice ship and very nice staff, especillay one of the pool waiters that took very good care of us all week. The dining room staff was super and made sure we enjoyed evey evening. The food was good most nights, only one night the food was sub-par. it is a noce ship but can be a bit over crowded at times, especially in the promanade deeck during dinner time when a few stores have displays out in the middle and folks crowd around to a point where you cannot get from one side to the other.

This was our first cruise ever and our best vacation we've ever taken. We had a blast from start to finish. The staff from Dinning room to entertainers to the our cabin attendant were extremely cordial and hospitable. We had always heard that Royal Caribbean was the cruise to go with, but I never thought that we would be treated like royalty. We can't stop talking about our cruise and we will definitly use Royal Caribbean again. A special thank you to James Andrews (our cruise director) for making us laugh and enjoy ourselves. And special thanks to Claudio Felix & A.K. Bhaskara (our waiters) for thier excellent service and for the great food they served us while keeping us entertained and not making us miss any of the great dishes served on this cruise. This was a 5 star and beyond cruise!

First Class

We had a wonderful time. There was plenty to do. We weren't able to visit our scheduled ports due to Hurricane Emile, but we were redirected for safety and loved our new port destinations.

The ship is very well managed and maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The stateroom was furnished very tasteful. There was plenty of room for my belongings. It was easy to find my way around because of the guides placed all over the ship. The sailing was so smooth, I forgot Ii was on a ship in the middle of the ocean.

The ship is beautiful and very well laid out. There are a lot of people on board, but Royal Carribean does a good job managing the crowd control. The customer service is excellent. The staff is extremely attentive to all of the guests. There are many options of things to do on the ship. With all of the amentities and activities offered, there is always something to do for every age group.

I was impressed with the ship and did have expectations because I saileed on Liberty Of The Seas before. The politeness of the staff was incredible. It definitely gives you an appreciation for different cultures.

My husband and I just came back from this cruise & we already miss it. We received excellent service from all staff. The excursions that we took in some of the ports were definitely worth it!! I loved every minute of this cruise!
